1.       DESIGN AND ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR HALKALI – BULGARIA HIGH SPEED RAIL PROJECT- DUAL LINE 230 KM RAILWAY

Design and engineering services were done for this very important and comprehensive railway project which is the connecting line of Europe and Turkey. This railway contributes great amounts to development and improvement of these mostly agricultural region and exportation of their production. For this reason, during the feasibility studies and planning stage, these vital subjects have taken into consideration for the economy, tourism and transportation sectors of Turkey.

2.       PRELIMINARY & FINAL DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION ENGINEERING SERVICES for ISTANBUL II.PERIPHERAL MOTORWAY AND SUSPENSION BRIDGE

The Second Suspension Bridge constructed in the Bosphorus Region improves the highway connection among the continents; Asia and Europe. The project consists of 1 suspension bridge with 2x4 lanes and sidewalks, and a total of 77.1 km peripheral motorway with viaducts and interchanges. BOTEK had been associated with Freeman Fox & Partners, London on the project and prepared the preliminary feasibility report, all preliminary works, final design of all highways and connecting roads and interchanges as well as construction supervision for the original structure.  It is one of the most elegant, streamlined transportation structures to mark the Bosphorus Region.

The project also included approaches with complex interchanges to connecting express highways and local streets, service buildings, garages and toll plazas with complete toll facilities and related equipment.

3.       CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR DESIGN & SUPERVISION OF THE BATINAH EXPRESSWAY- SULTANATE OF OMAN, 135 KM (2X4)

Batinah Expressway is about 275 km long with 250 km link roads which starts from the end of Muscat Highway. The alignment runs nearly parallel to the existing Batinah Highway dual carriageway at a distance varying between 5 km and 20 km approximately on the mountain side and ends near the Oman – UAE border at Khatmat Malaha. 

The Expressway is divided into Three Sections. Section–I, Section–II and Section–III within each of these sections the existing network of roads which will link to the Expressway are proposed to be upgraded and dualized.
