The EFCA Board of Directors (BoD) is responsible for the key strategic direction of the federation and has the administrative and management powers of the federation.
The BoD ensures that EFCA has up-to-date, clear and positive plans in line with its mission to achieve the goals and objectives set by the General Assembly Meeting.
The President presents an annual performance evaluation and reports progress towards the goals set out in the three-year Forward Plan, so that systematic improvement efforts can be made.
The BoD is representative of the federation’s membership by size and geographic location.
