SCOPE OF WORK – 2009
- Continuing a constructive relationship and dialogue as valued partner with all EC DGs that are involved in EU external aid on proposals for improved AIDCO procurement and financial management procedures
- Elaborating practical guide on working on EU funded external aid projects
- Developing policies on appeal/redress system, business integrity, conflict of interest, financial risks and guarantees, realistic project budgets, unfair competition, uniform application of procurement rules, global pricing, transparent evaluation, and too much CV-based evaluation
- Developing the industry’s views on aid effectiveness and the involvement of the private sector in development cooperation
