Developing policies on award procedures: competitive dialogue (2007), PPPs (2006), Design-Build, lowest-price based selection

Developing policy statements on conflict of interest, business integrity, transparency, unfair competition

Elaborating guidance on best practice in public procurement, compliant with the EU legal framework

Developing proactively proposals for the revision of Directive 2004/18: towards QBS, increased flexibility, acceleration of project delivery

Developing recommendations for contract conditions (core principles to apply to service contracts)

Services Directive: developing Code of Conduct (promotional self-regulating tool)

Eurocodes: monitoring national implementation
