The EFCA Secretariat is delighted to announce the arrival of a new colleague as our Policy and Communication Advisor.
A German citizen, Franziska recently graduated with a Masters of Arts in Politics and Public Administration from the University of Konstanz and with a Masters of Science in European Governance from the University of Utrecht. During her studies, Franziska has gained in-depth knowledge on European policy-making. She focused especially on environmental and sustainable policies. Recently, she has worked in Brussels as an intern for Farm Europe, where she worked on the environmental impacts of the EU’s Renewable Energy Directive. With her expertise in policy analysis and stakeholder engagement, she will strengthen the team and we are looking forward to working with her.
As well as her mother tongue, Franziska speaks fluent English and Spanish and is learning French.
She will work in particular with the European Green Deal, Digitalisation & BIM and Future Trends committees and will also support the Communications Advisory Group and the Future Leaders.
